Mörkin advises Malbikstöðin on the sale of the company
Styrkás hf. has signed an agreement to acquire all share capital in Malbikstöðin ehf., together with the company's sites at Esjumelar. Jonsson & Hall provided legal advice to the seller, a company owned by Vilhjálmur Þór Matthíasson, in connection with the transaction.

SCG Legal Annual Meeting
Representatives of Jonsson & Hall recently attended the SCG Legal Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., alongside lawyers from around the world. At the meeting, Gunnar Jónsson stepped down as the firm's Voting Representative after 28 years and received the organization's "Above and Beyond" award. Peter Dalmay has taken over the role from Gunnar.
